Brian England

Brian retired as a Senior Research Scientist in 2006 after 40 years with BHP Research at Shortland in Newcastle,NSW, but he is still heavily involved in the geological sciences through several professional associations and is currently researching the geology of the Hunter Valley and Newcastle coastline. He is the author of over 100 papers in journals Worldwide and of many magazine articles on popular mineralogy. He is an advanced collector of fine minerals and has a strong interest in Australian mineral localities, especially zeolites.sy.
